I already fixed the blueberry issue, but I'm a bit reluctant to include a patch step for ITK and VTK in the superbuild since the patch command is not always available on Windows. As a solution I recommend using gcc 4.5 on Ubuntu 11.10. Just install gcc-4.5 and g++-4.5 and set them as compilers in the superbuild.
