Hi Miklos,

thanks for reporting this, I filed a bug:
http://bugs.mitk.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9765

I already fixed the blueberry issue, but I'm a bit reluctant to include
a patch step for ITK and VTK in the superbuild since the patch command
is not always available on Windows.

As a solution I recommend using gcc 4.5 on Ubuntu 11.10. Just install
gcc-4.5 and g++-4.5 and set them as compilers in the superbuild. Caveat:
CMake deletes the CMakeCaches.txt if you change the compiler, so some
settings may get lost.

Best,

Marco

All the data continuously generated in your IT infrastructure contains a
definitive record of customers, application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. Business sense. IT sense. Common sense.
