Hi Matt,
I did not fully analyze your report, but could you please try to run
"make package" or even better "cpack -V" instead of make install? We
just recently built Linux packages successfully so maybe the environment
of "make install" during package generation is different. Or we have a
bug, the whole fixup_bundle system was quite complicated to setup in the
correct cross-platform way.
