Minor issue... When I restrict the visible files in the file open dialog of
ExtApp to "Nearly Raw Raster Data", it only shows .nrrd files. Shouldn't it
also show .nhdr files? I see the "NRRD Vector Images" option correctly
shows .nhdr files.
