Hi, I have a DICOM image from an images series made with an inversion recovery. The parameters of the acquisition (e.g. the inversion times) are stored as tags. If I open the file with ImageJ and select Show Info, I see the tags.
However, if I open it with MITK, I do not see this parameter on the property list. Some tags are there, but many are missing. The tag id of the inversion time is 0018,0082. Is it possible to access this tags from within MITK? I tried the DICOM import plugin as well, but it crashed. If I gave it a folder with the first slice only then it did not crash, but did not add the image to the data storage either. I attached the first slice. Thank you, Miklos
