Hi,
I'm sorry I could not reproduce your issue on the newest version of
MITK. If I add the slice from the attachment to the data manager via
drag&drop the image data was added.
We only display some common dicom tags in MITK property list. The tag
you mentioned is not displayed there. So you can't access this tag.
I recommend to use a newer version of MITK to load the images. If this
won't help you could provide me some further info.
Best regards

Hi,
I have a DICOM image from an images series made with an inversion
recovery. The parameters of the acquisition (e.g. the inversion times)
are stored as tags. If I open the file with ImageJ and select Show
Info, I see the tags.
However, if I open it with MITK, I do not see this parameter on the
property list. Some tags are there, but many are missing. The tag id
of the inversion time is 0018,0082.
Is it possible to access this tags from within MITK?
I tried the DICOM import plugin as well, but it crashed. If I gave it
a folder with the first slice only then it did not crash, but did not
add the image to the data storage either.
I attached the first slice.
Thank you,
Miklos
