Did you try to add DiffusionImaging to the module dependencies? Also, did you
activate all the diffusion related checkmarks in your cmake configuration?

Hi All,
I'm a mitk new user whose interested to develop with the module: diffusion
imaging.
I'd like to use some of its data structures in my plug-in.
for example, I've found that the codes (cpp&headers) which I need are located
in the path:
...\MITK\Modules\DiffusionImaging\IODataStructures
Thus, I might need to add them to my algorithm somehow.
I was wondering how I should do that:
-which dependencies I should add to my lib at CMakeLists.txt (I've added: Mitk
MitkExt Qmitk)?
-something else which I've missed?
