Well, :-) because I know that the Mitk prefix is not consistently used in MITK
module names and I looked up the name in DiffusionImaging/CMakeLists.txt.

Sascha, you are such a clever guy :-)
I guess you were right.
How did you know that?

I thought that in the dependency list must be the same names as the directories
which at the path:
...\MITK-superbuild\MITK-build\Modules
there are some directories like: Mitk MitkExt Qmitk ... and DiffusionImaging
(without the 'Mitk')

so really, how did you know that Mitk has to be inserted before the name, and
why it isn't the same case as with the other dependencies (such as mentioned
above) ?...

Best,
Hila

Hi,

I am not a diffusion imaging guy, but AFAIK the module is name
"MitkDiffusionImaging" (not "DiffusionImaging").

Hi Klaus,

I tried to add "DiffusionImaging" as a dependency, but got the next error in
the configuration process and afterwards in the build process:

-- Could NOT find Doxygen (missing: DOXYGEN_EXECUTABLE)
Module MyModulesLib won't be built, missing dependency: DiffusionImaging

Dear Hilla,

welcome!

Did you try to add DiffusionImaging to the module dependencies? Also, did you
activate all the diffusion related checkmarks in your cmake configuration?

Betreff: [mitk-users] developing with diffusion imaging

Hi All,

I'm a mitk new user whose interested to develop with the module: diffusion
imaging.
I'd like to use some of its data structures in my plug-in.
for example, I've found that the codes (cpp&headers) which I need are located
in the path:
...\MITK\Modules\DiffusionImaging\IODataStructures
Thus, I might need to add them to my algorithm somehow.

I was wondering how I should do that:
-which dependencies I should add to my lib at CMakeLists.txt (I've added: Mitk
MitkExt Qmitk)?
-something else which I've missed?

Best,
Hila
