Dear Adina,

as far as I know, the Python scripting support is in experimental state for
now. It is an optional feature, MITK is fully functional without it, so if
you do not definitely need it, you can disable it in CMake. (In the
MITK-build directory, I think.)

If you want to use that feature, please post the error message. Maybe
Python is not installed on your system.
