Hi All,
I checked that again and noticed that without a reference image the running
of DTI is completed.
afterwards, if I insert the reference image and the TDI in MITK the images
look aligned (which is good).
The problem is again, I'd like to have those two image in the same
dimensions.
I'm aware of the origin and physical indexes and this must be the reason
why they look alined in MITK, but how I can correspond them to each other?
maybe to generate an empty image of the reference image and add the values
of the DTI pixel by pixel with an iterator?
How I should aline the reference and TDI (that was generated without the
reference image) images?
Any ideas are welcome ...
