Hi Hila,

if you want align the images after the TDI generation your last idie should work just fine. You simply take on pixel of the TDI (in physical coordinates) and tranform it to index coordinates using the geometry of your target image.
I will check again if we can reproduce Bug 11689.

Hi All,

I checked that again and noticed that without a reference image the running of DTI is completed. afterwards, if I insert the reference image and the TDI in MITK the images look aligned (which is good). The problem is again, I'd like to have those two image in the same dimensions. I'm aware of the origin and physical indexes and this must be the reason why they look alined in MITK, but how I can correspond them to each other? maybe to generate an empty image of the reference image and add the values of the DTI pixel by pixel with an iterator?

How I should aline the reference and TDI (that was generated without the reference image) images?

Any ideas are welcome ...
Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

again, I've encountered with a RT error during the running of TDI
    (tract density image).
I reported this in Bug 11689
    <http://bugs.mitk.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11689>

    Three files were attached:

     1. snapshot of the error.jpg
     2. bundle.fib
     3. referenceImage.nii

    My OS: Win7 32b

I think that the reason for this error is a lack of space in my
computer (the .fib file weight 28KB). (although, there was a time
when I succeeded to get the TDI with that size of .fib file)

In this case, what I can do in order to solve this problem?- any
technical solution (to release space? - *where?*)...

    Best,

    Hila
