Hi all, I've encountered with a disturbing problem using the "create mesh" of Mitk's GUI.
in the attached snapshot you could see in light colors the binaries images and in darker colors the meshes that created by data-manager->image->right click->create mesh I'm afraid that the shifting is about 1 mm. am I right? do you have an alternative way for getting the mesh? Hila
