Hi Matt, I cannot reproduce this. How did you do it? If you load multiple images with different geometries a shift from one segmentation to another image can occur. But I think there should never be a shift between a contour and a solid segmentation.

I have a binary image, and when I toggle between "outline=on" and "outline=off", I see a half pixel shift, in this case diagonally up and right. I have enclosed screenshots. Is this right? I think it is not. I would expect the outline to go round the edge of the foreground voxels. Can someone confirm if I'm missing something? Thanks Matt
