Hi there,

I am looking at this this morning. I think it may be a problem within my code
:-)
I have my own editor, so somewhere the geometry must be misaligned.

I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi Matt,

I cannot reproduce this. How did you do it? If you load multiple images with
different geometries a shift from one segmentation to another image can occur.
But I think there should never be a shift between a contour and a solid
segmentation.

Attached new screenshots.

Subject: [mitk-users] Binary Outline : half pixel shift?

Hi Everybody,

I know this has been discussed a bit before, but please can someone remind me.
I have a binary image, and when I toggle between "outline=on" and
"outline=off", I see a half pixel shift, in this case diagonally up and right.

I have enclosed screenshots.

Is this right? I think it is not. I would expect the outline to go round the
edge of the foreground voxels.
Can someone confirm if I'm missing something?

Thanks

Matt
