Hi,

You don't need to add the entry yourself. Actually, the location where I 
told you to look for the MITK build directory was wrong. We didn't 
update the MITK-ProjectTemplate sources yet so it is still using the 
"old" directory structure for its superbuild. Please look for the 
"MITK-build" directory  and the tutorial binaries somewhere below the 
AmzPrSb/CMakeExternals directory. Sorry for that.
