Hi,

I have located two MITK-build directories: 
C:\amz\AmzPrSb\MITK-superbuild\Win32\Debug\MITK-build and 
C:\amz\AmzPrSb\MITK-superbuild\MITK-build, but no one contains tutorial 
binaries. Actually I am not able to locate any executable file with name 
containing "step" anywhere in the C:\amz\AmzPrSb or sub-folders, so I 
suppose that tutorials were not built.
