Hi Michael, you should be able to do that with the "layer" Property of your segmentations.

I run now into the problem that for example segmentation 2 is shown after segmentation 1 and thus occludes segmentation 1. Is there a way of saying segmentation 1 should always 'be in front of' seg 2? thanks in advance, michael ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by Windows: Build for Windows Store. http://p.sf.net/sfu/windows-dev2dev _______________________________________________ mitk-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/mitk-users ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by Windows: Build for Windows Store. http://p.sf.net/sfu/windows-dev2dev _______________________________________________ mitk-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/mitk-users
