I would like to build MITK 2012.09.0 using VTK 5.10.1 and ITK 3.20.1. I
downloaded MITK 2012.09.0 and tried to adjust the superbuild process in the
CMake GUI by adding the variables EXTERNAL_ITK_DIR and EXTERNAL_VTK_DIR
pointing to my ITK and VTK directories, but they were removed when pressing
Configure. Can you help me in configuring MITK to use these versions of ITK and
VTK?
