Hi all,
I am new to MITK Diffusion. I was able to run Gibbs Tracking and get the
whole brain tractography results. I need extract fibers connecting these
two anatomical regions(binary masks in nii file format) that I have.
Unfortunately, I only see circle and polygon as roi in Fiber Extraction
menu. Is there a way I could assign anatomical regions (in nii file format)
as ROIs in fiber extraction?
