Hello everyone,
I just started using MITK-DI. I want to use it for tensor estimation. However,
I opened all my 24 diffusion images. However I cannot load them in the module
for Tensors of Preprocessing.
It just says
Raw DWI: mandatory
If someone can tell me how do I load the opened images in that module and if
the DWIs need to be bundled into a single 4D image.
Apart form that I see that for number of diffusion directions there is a drop
down menu with specified number of gradient direction. What if I use a
different number of gradients ? Can I change it ?
Any help will be much appreciated.
