Hi list,

The mitk::Geometry has been redesign in respect on how different TimeSteps are 
handled. In short, we removed the TimeSlicedGeometry and added a new class, 
TimeGeometry, which is now responsible for the management of the time steps. 
This class does not inherit from Geometry3D, and therefore does not contain any 
transformation information.
