Hey, I wasn't sure, since the PET values are usually very high and as you mentioned, no Unit was displayed, I wasn't sure wether the pixel values were activities or just dicom grey values. It's good to know, that scaling is done automatically. However, especially for PET analysis, the Unit is important and since it is no big deal to get the information from the Dicom, maybe it's a good idea to include it in further releases. It would be sufficient to be seen in the image properties. However thanks for the help, a just wasn't sure.
