Hi Ce Ma, have you tried manually switching to the MITK-src directory in the git console and fetching/merging/pulling. Does this work for you?

Are you using the source version of MITK as can be downloaded here [1], so MITK 2013.09.0 I presume? Or are you using git to get the latest master as described at [2]. You can not mix the two, as the downloaded archive is not a git directory. Have you build MITK successfully by itself, not using your own project as described here [3]? Are you following the instructions for your own project from the MITK documentation [4] to download MITK automatically for your project? Or are you using a self-build external MITK?
