Hi, I would like to edit & run the MITK code in MSVC, so I generated the superbuild directory by CMake-gui and opened it in MSVC. However, in the Solution Explorer I do not have the directory with the source code. Is it possible to setup the MITK or MSVC to show the source code directory in MSVC Solution explorer, so that files could be opened by clicking on the appropriate directory/file in a way (as shown in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NWpwUdGH1Rc at ca. 5:30 or later)?
BTW: I have MSVC Express 2010. Is that the Express edition issue?
