Hi,
mitk::MaskAndCutRoiImageFilter is located in Modules/AlgorithmsExt. Hence your
module should depend on MitkAlgorithmsExt.

I wish to know if the mitk::MaskAndCutRoiImageFilter Class has been renamed and
the fuctionalities offered by the same still maintained ?
If yes, then which is the class reference that it is renamed to or merged with ?
