Ok, I'm feeling somehow shy about this... but it was my mistake... apparently
the "dcm2nii" converts to "file.bvec" and "file.bval" which is not the same as
"file.bvecs" and "file.bvals". All that was missing was the "s".
I apologize for the inconveniences.

I should add some information:

I get the message ".bvals and .bvals files do not exist properly" in the
terminal while trying to load the file.fslgz. I have already mentioned that I
changed those files extensions too.

Hi,

I'm having an issue with the "Import FSL" of the MITK Diffusion.
If I don't change the extensions of the files (although it is suggested to be
done so) the file.nii.gz is recognized by MITK, but opened as a single 3D
image, thus I cannot reconstruct the tensors. If I change, however, the
extensions of the files, once I try to open them, nothing happens.
The original dicom images were converted from Siemens mosaic to FSL format
using the "dcm2niigui".

These are the FSL files:

I should mention that I've already been able to obtain a full DTI
reconstruction from the 42 raw dicom images using the "dtk" program, setting it
as 22 b0 volumes and siemens20 gradient table.
