Hi list, Saving to DICOM using the context menu action of the datamanager doesn't seem to preserve image geometry (in 2014.03). Origin is set to zero, spacing to 1 in each direction and orientation to identity.
A quick test is to load an image which origin, spacing and orientation are not identity, create a segmentation and save the result. Can anyone confirm? Does anybody have a workaround?
