Hi Félix,

I just compared the behavior on the current master and the 2014.03 release.
AFAIK being able to write images as DICOM is unintended behavior and on the
current master it is not offered as an option. It seems a third party writer
was registered erroneously in the last release.

Regards,
Caspar

Betreff: [mitk-users] Save to DICOM

Hi list,
Saving to DICOM using the context menu action of the datamanager doesn't seem
to preserve image geometry (in 2014.03). Origin is set to zero, spacing to 1 in
each direction and orientation to identity.

A quick test is to load an image which origin, spacing and orientation are not
identity, create a segmentation and save the result.
Can anyone confirm? Does anybody have a workaround?
Thanks,
