Hi there,
We are currently looking into applying different window settings to whole-body
CT images for analysis. I had a look at the presets in MITK workbench
2014.10.00 (especially "Lung" and "Bone) but found some discrepancies to the
window settings that are commonly used in radiology here in the US, e.g.:
http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/plugins/ct-window-level/index.html
I was just wondering how the MITK presets were chosen? Are they specific to a
certain clinical application rather than general radiology?
Best wishes,
Holger
