In addition to my mail from this morning, I could imagine that you switched back to the 2016.03 tag from the current master but you didn't change your build directory. Then you would have a polluted CMake cache with variables that do not exist / do not play any role in our CMake script at that time. I highly recommend to do a clean superbuild in another build directory when you did this, as there might be hard to find linker problems due to different built versions of external dependencies.
