Hi, see http://docs.mitk.org/2016.03/ModularizationPage.html.
I also recommend to have a look at the Remeshing module and the org.mitk.gui.qt.remeshing plugin as both are kind of tiny, easy-to-understand examples of how modules/plugins work together in MITK. To build and use the Remeshing module/plugin, you have to switch on the CMake variable MITK_USE_ACVD in the MITK *superbuild* first and run the superbuild again. This will download, configure, and build the external ACVD library, which is a requirement for the MITK remeshing functionality. I would like to create a new project with MITK. I saw that there is a plugin system : Blueberry, CTK or a "awasome project". If I want to create a plugin for the MITK Workbench, which framework you suggest to use ? : Blueberry or CTK Framework. Thanks, Best regards,
