Hi Nil,

if the data is not confidential, you could maybe attach it to the
task, just to have more test data. I am happy to open it in our app
and send back a screenshot.

Note that the fix for this (PR160) implied other changes e.g. in the
image navigator. If you apply only PR160, the images would be rendered
in the correct orientation, but you might see wrong indices in the
image navigator. You can eventually check out the 'niftk-2015.05.2'
branch from our fork where the issues that I discovered are fixed,
supposedly. This branch is based on an older version of MITK, though.
