Dear Marek, Are you opening the spherical harmonic data (the csf result) or raw dwi data? Where does it come from? Could you send me a sample dataset?

When I open the same file in ITK-SNAP there voxels have normal values (2000 - 15000) in whole volume. Could you help me why?
