Hi Everyone, Can someone point me towards exactly which algorithms are implemented in the 3D segmentation plugins.
Eg. Fast Marching 3D, Region Growing 3D, Watershed? I did try looking in the documentation, but they are fairly brief. I presume these are classic algorithms, but it would be good to know exactly the algorithm or have a paper reference, as there are so many variants of similar algorithms. Thanks Matt
