Hi all, My team has been looking into the possibility of hosting MITK inside a container, possibly serving it up to users on the web over X11. Does anyone know of something like this that already exists for MITK?
We found such a solution for Slicer (https://github.com/pieper/SlicerDockers) but it would need some work to adapt. https://github.com/nolden/MITK-docker seems to be quite old and not finished. Thanks, Alex Getka
