It is great that MITK supports several colormaps, but it would be even nicer if there is an option to upload a custom LUT.
With or without the custom LUT functionality, would it be possible to add the Turbo colormap <https://ai.googleblog.com/2019/08/turbo-improved-rainbow-colormap-for.html> as one of the standard options? This combines the general appearance of the Jet colormap with something that approaches the perceptual uniformity of Viridis. Very useful indeed. Best regards Francois -- Francois Malan, Ph.D.
