Dear all, I'm a PhD student from Belgium working on the interaction between liver and skeletal muscle. I investigate the muscle fat content using 3T MRI from GE healthcare and its IDEAL-IQ sequence. Is it possible to measure the fat fraction of muscles manually segmented using MITK ? Is there a module already existing ?
