It depends :) If you're lucky, your card should present each pair of channels as a different ALSA interface and you can just select them in mixxx. My onboard 5.1 gives "front" and "rear" for example. Otherwise, I'm sure there must be a way to achieve it in .asoundrc but I'm no expert on that.
