I switch the code back to using Pa_StopStream() last night and I want to
know if anyone gets a deadlock when NOT using vinyl control. It should
be fixed now.
There's a bit of a wait when you change your soundcard settings if
you're using vinyl control now, but that's life. I'll take a look at it
again after beta1.

Drag and drop still works though (at least on Ubuntu, OS X, and Win2k),
although that probably tell you nothing. We had this library
sorting/searching problem before at the end of the summer and Micah
ended up fixing it I believe. There's this WTrackTableFilter class
that's used somehow.

One other related bug which seems to have appeared is that you can't use
two soundcards for output and a third for input anymore. There's some
nasty buffer overrun or something that happens when you try it. (This
isn't a blocker, but it's definitely tracker worthy.)
