So why all Windows-software recognizes my knobs in a proper way? I have idea - set a checkbox "Linear/non linear knobs" in Options menu. So everyone will find the correct setting. Or better - some variable in .midi.cfg file that determines is this control linear or not. The same idea for LEDs: Standart key string: "play Key 50 ch 1" and with LED: (example) "play Key 50 ch 1 LED 1". Is it too hard to write LED bit information to midi device?
