I tried to do it once maybe two years ago, read all the info pages etc., but it seemed to be impossible without an additional shell script (or maybe I'm just stupid). Does anyone know whether it is possible in make now? I think scons is much better. Adding build flags to the version string was easy (about 5 minutes of work). Pawel P.S.
