Yeah, I think there's something funky with the BCD3000 mapping and/or
the MIDI code. Garth said there's something weird going on with the code
that's supposed to ignore comments in the MIDI mappings, but I don't
know if he made any progress on it.

As for the crazy "Header missing skipping one byte", unless you plan on
getting our ffmpeg to work, turn off ffmpeg support. It really doesn't
work right :)
