Yeah, I think there's something funky with the BCD3000 mapping and/or the MIDI code. Garth said there's something weird going on with the code that's supposed to ignore comments in the MIDI mappings, but I don't know if he made any progress on it. As for the crazy "Header missing skipping one byte", unless you plan on getting our ffmpeg to work, turn off ffmpeg support.
