If I get a vote, I'd really like to see:

* Better management, better scalability for large music collections
* Better interface for interactively editing the BPM and first beat 
offset (beat grid support?)
* GUI for LADSPA presets (those ladspa_presets/*.xml files are a good 
start, but I don't want to write hundreds of them just to see which 
effects I like)
* MIDI control of LADSPA plugins
