Hello all. I generated some mono 1kHz test tones to test various things in Mixxx and noticed that (at least on my system: Debian Lenny, Celeron M, Intel 82801DB AC'97 audio,) it doesn't like anything higher than 16-bit, 44.1kHz. I tested with 24-bit, 44.1kHz and 24-bit, 96kHz and after playing for a few seconds, it pops at regular intervals (not due to latency, as I set it to 64ms.) It's fine using a 16-bit, 44.1kHz file.
Has anyone tried higher-than-CD quality music files in Mixxx?
