As long as the devices accept regular MIDI Note On/Note Off or Control
Change commands for their LEDs, then Mixxx can control them. v1.6.1
sends 0x7f to turn on and 0x00 to turn off. Mixxx trunk (i.e. the next
release) supports arbitrary values for on and off, defined in the device
XML file described here:
http://www.mixxx.org/wiki/doku.php/midi_controller_mapping_file_format

You can also find information for the 1.6.1 file format at that link, as
you'll likely need to create or modify one to add outputs.
