In my defence, at the time, massive ugly hacks seemed to be the way
things were done. I tried to keep my massive ugly hacks less massive
and less ugly than the Hercules ones ;)

Although I wrote Spread64 for the Xponent, it is a generic method
(often just called Relative CC) which is quite common for jogwheels 
on other recent MIDI controllers. I feel it's something mixxx should
have support for (including the sensitivity adjustment) in a generic way 
rather than tied to specific controllers. Can scripts be shared like
that?
