The browser shouldn't be taking over the soundcard if pulseaudio is running, 
because PA has already taken over the soundcard. It should be either talking 
to PA, or not working at all (and it does, I can use PA tools to work with 
flash audio on my computer.)

What happens when you run 'pasuspend program' is that everything pulseaudio is 
paused, and when the program finishes, it resumes.
