Sorry for the tardy response to this. Just not had the time to look at it.

No change for me. I'm using a Hercules Mk2 - it's not really 
'LED-intensive' in use, but notice this problem when turning all LEDs on 
then off (quickly) in my .init function. Same with rt and non-rt kernels.

OS: Ubuntu Studio 9.04 (Jaunty)
Kernels: 2.6.28-13-generic / 2.6.28-3-rt
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T9300 @ 2.50GHz
RAM: 4G
Controller: Hercules Mk2
Sound: Hercules Mk2
Graphics: nVidia Corporation GeForce 8600M GT (rev a1)
