Hello everyone.

I'd like to propose re-factoring the mixxx-*lib directory storage after
1.8 is released as follows:

Create a new, separate repository for _each_ of mixxx-winlib,
mixxx-maclib, and mixxx-linlib (assuming all are still needed.) Inside
each will be a directory for "stable" and one for "trunk" allowing us to
keep the versions needed to build the current stable Mixxx version
(right now this would be the 1.7 branch.) These directories would then
be removed from the main Mixxx repository, greatly shortening repository
download and processing times.

We should also consider upgrading all of our repository formats to the
latest, since stacking is supported (and requires bzr clients v1.16 or
higher,) further reducing future branch download and processing times.

Let me know what you all think.

Sincerely,
Sean M. Pappalardo
