The waveform generates in the analyser thread, and nothing related to that
has changed. I haven't noticed waveform generation taking any longer either.
Can you poke around at it some more and see if you can figure out what's
going on?

I can't really notice the difference between 30fps and 40 at 5ms. Maybe it's
only visible at 1ms? I'm just trying to cut down on high-res timers. Can you
try 35ms? Ultimately it'd be nice if this was configurable in the
preferences or at least in mixxx.cfg. For a person with really low latency,
it doesn't make sense to render at 40fps. Above 25ms latency, 40fps is
drawing too quickly.
