Not a bad idea, Frank. As far as I know, the multi-deck support is already
implemented, so technically this shouldn't be a problem. Does anyone know if
any of the competing software has this kind of functionality? An easy and
effective preview could a huge advantage.
Whatever the trigger would be (double click/shift-click/hotkey...), how about
something like this: 2-4 pre-defined cue points for the preview somewhere
between 20-80% of the track length. Triggering preview would then start playing
from these points, each consecutive time starting from the next cue point. This
would allow a quick and easy preview of the full track.
